Text Box: It costs no more to have the best

Welcome

St Stephens Church in Cambridge

Welcome to my website!

New Zealander’s have an obsession with real estate like no other country in the world.

We all live somewhere, and where we live matters to us. Whether it’s a Ponsonby apartment or a West Coast bach, owning our own little piece of paradise is still a high priority for most of us. It defines who we are.

Cambridge is really no different from a lot of rural towns around New Zealand, except it’s approximately 20 minutes from Hamilton (New Zealand’s biggest inland city) and that supports a lot of our housing market here.

After dealing with an elderly couple over a weekend, they returned to Christchurch on the Monday to tell their friends and family they were considering retiring in Cambridge. They all said how lovely Cambridge was. Interestingly, only half of them had ever been here. That’s the persona this town seems to have.

Historically, Cambridge values have always held their own because of these two factors. Over the last 45 years if house prices have boomed they have only come down 3 - 5%, making Cambridge a very safe investment. It’s also a very safe environment to bring up children, away from the problems associated with big cities. A win, win situation.

I’m pleased to work in the same community I live in, and do something I enjoy doing. We all spend a lot of our lives at work, and I  have always believed you really ought to enjoy what it is you do.

So if New Zealanders do have an obsession with real estate, I believe it’s a healthy obsession and one I am proud to part of. Therefore, if you are considering a move in the Cambridge area, you can be assured of a high level of professionalism, ethics and commitment, of a consultant who is dedicated to providing the high standard of service you would like to become accustomed to.
