Text Box: It costs no more to have the best

Personal Profile

Craig has been in sales for a few years now and understands the importance of good service. Craig’s taken an approach of building a reputation for quality and reliability. He has now gained the respect of his clients and colleagues alike.

Real Estate is perhaps the penultimate service industry. “My past and present clients are my best advertisement” he says. “Most of my business is return or referred clients”. He believes  that’s the best compliment anyone could ever have.

Working most of his career in the food industry Craig’s had a wide variety of positions from the shop floor to sales and through to management. “One thing my colleagues all appreciated,” he says, “is service”. Craig believes service comes from respect. “If you have the utmost respect for people you provide them with the best possible service you are capable of delivering. Somebody who delivers sloppy service obviously has no respect for you.”

You must have heard ‘you get what you pay for.’ Craig says, “Although that may be true of some products and professions the strange thing is, in real estate the best costs no more.”

“I won’t settle for mediocre. I’m always looking to improve and learn from past experience”. Craig has applied this principal to all areas of his life and finds it pays dividends.

In life you set yourself goals, a home, a car, a degree or the big OE. Craig’s passionate about classic cars – it’s his one vice. “I can’t help myself,  they’re art on wheels.”

Whatever your goal the only way of achieving it is by staying focused and persevering. Craig accepts this and says, “I hate to lose. My biggest fear is the fear of failure. So if I do anything I make sure I do it to the best of my abilities.” Nothing gives Craig more satisfaction than helping others achieve their goals too. As Craig says, “Life is not a dress rehearsal, you owe it to yourself to experience everything and be all you can be.” His philosophy on life can be summed up by one phrase “Quality of life, not quantity of life.”

In most cases your home can be the biggest asset you will ever own and as such the process of presenting your home for sale should not be taken lightly. Craig believes great care should be taken in selecting the right agent for the job. Although he deals with this every day, Craig is very aware that it can be unfamiliar territory for buyers and sellers.  This is why careful consideration should be taken in appointing a top performer to take care of you throughout this process. “After all, don’t you deserve the best?”
